Terms of use

Invt.li Tickets provides tools for creating events, managing reservations, issuing tickets, accepting online payments where enabled, sending relevant emails and managing entry with QR tickets.

Events are created and managed by their respective organizers. The organizer is responsible for the event title, description, images, prices, availability, cancellation policy, accessibility, schedule changes and any practical information concerning the event.

Attendees must provide accurate information when making a reservation. The reservation email address is used for confirmations, payment links, tickets and updates directly related to the event.

When an event supports online payment, a reservation is considered paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction and the platform receives that confirmation. Opening a payment page does not by itself mean that the purchase has been completed.

QR tickets are linked to a specific reservation and are used for entry control. For online payments, QR tickets are activated after payment is confirmed. Copying, reselling or using tickets without authorization may result in entry being refused.

Changes to an event's date, time, venue or programme are managed by the organizer. The platform may be used to deliver technical notifications to reservation holders, but the organizer remains responsible for the relevant policy and communication.

The platform may not be used for unlawful, misleading, malicious or abusive activities, unauthorized ticket resale, infringement of third-party rights, or publication of content that promotes hatred, violence, harassment or unlawful conduct.

The organizer confirms that they hold the necessary rights to use any text, images, logos, videos or other material uploaded to the platform. The platform may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or creates a material risk to the service's operation or reliability.

These terms may be updated when platform features, payment providers, legal requirements or the way the service is delivered change. Continued use of the platform after an update means that the latest version applies.
