Invt.li Tickets processes the information needed to create and manage reservations and tickets. This may include name, email address, phone number, event, date, number of tickets, payment status, check-in status and delivery history for relevant emails.

The data is used to complete reservations, deliver tickets, retry an incomplete payment, provide event updates, support attendees, inform organizers and manage entry.

When online payment is available, the transaction is completed through a payment provider. The platform does not store card details. It may store transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and confirmation time so that a payment can be matched correctly to a reservation.

The event organizer may access reservation information required to serve attendees, monitor event finances, communicate with participants and manage entry.

The platform is designed around data minimization, accuracy, restricted access and security. Data is retained only for as long as needed for event operation, support and applicable legal or operational requirements.

Management access is protected through user accounts and roles. Payment, reservation, cancellation and check-in actions are restricted according to each user's permissions.

For requests to access, correct or delete information, contact support or the event organizer and include the reservation email address and the event concerned.
