Platform pricing
This page describes the basic Invt.li Tickets platform pricing model for organizers. Pricing may be adjusted by written agreement depending on ticket volume, partnership duration and the level of support required.
Starter
No fixed fee. Platform usage may be charged per paid ticket issued. This option is intended for smaller events or organizers who want to try the platform before moving to a larger package.
1,000 Tickets
A package of 1,000 ticket credits with an indicative price of €300 plus VAT. It is intended for groups, smaller venues and organizers with a limited but recurring number of performances or events.
5,000 Tickets
A package of 5,000 ticket credits with an indicative price of €1,000 plus VAT. It is intended for more established organizers, venues, schools and events with higher ticket volume.
Pro Annual
Annual platform use with an indicative price of €990 plus VAT and a defined issued-ticket allowance. It is intended for organizers who want predictable annual costs.
Managed
A tailored agreement starting from €1,500 plus VAT per year, or an agreed setup fee per event. It is intended for festivals, municipalities, agencies or organizers who need additional setup and operational support.
Payment-provider fees
Fees charged by payment providers, banks, card schemes or other payment-acceptance services are not included in platform pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
