The community guidelines help organizers and users use the platform safely, lawfully and respectfully. The platform is a self-service event and ticket management tool, so organizers are responsible for their content and for presenting their events accurately.

Events may be published when they are presented accurately, respect their audience, do not mislead attendees and do not infringe third-party rights. Organizers should provide clear information about dates, times, venues, prices, entry conditions and cancellation policy.

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, misleading listings, hateful, violent or harassing content, unauthorized ticket resale, abusive material, or material that infringes copyright, trademarks or third-party personal data rights.

Organizers should take appropriate practical and organizational measures so that attendees have a safe and clear experience before, during and after the event.

If you find an event or content that appears to violate these guidelines, contact support and include the event title, link and reason for the report.

The platform may request corrections, restrict, remove or disable content or an account when there is a serious concern involving safety, legality, deception or breach of the terms of use.
